- Our TOM’S TANGY BBQ is a very complex blend of Herbs and Spices designed for that great rub or marinade for the Grill or Smoker, with such items as both Lime juice and Orange Peel, Molasses, and Ancho Chili! Perfect for any meat, indoors OR our (preferably OUT, if you are a smoker or griller)
BEST USE FOR ANY MEAT, for Smoking or Grilling
Apply Tom’s Tangy BBQ generously, rubbing into meat (approx.1-2 tbsp per lb of meat) then gently rub on VERY light coating of oil (pref olive oil, however any fresh oil will work), covering the blend. Allow to sit up to 1 to 12 hours (even 24 hrs) before cooking meat. The oil locks in both the flavors and juices as it cooks, creating a tender and juicy portion with amazing taste! While it is cooling, LIGHTLY sprinkle with more Tom’s to ensure full flavor.
Also apply this to any dish for added depth and flavor.
