It’s a complex blend of over 21 ingredients, guaranteed to enhance any food. We were looking for a blend that would bring out the best flavors in ALL foods, even the simple items, like hash-browns, or eggs.
The following is an excerpt from Marks Story, regarding the history of this blend:
“I always felt there was just something missing with the food, and thus used a lot of fresh herbs and spices. Meantime I have always wanted to create a blend that would go with most anything! So I started with those herbs and spices I used the most, then experimented with others I had not tried very often, or not at all. I went through a lot of time, spices, and money, but I eventually came up with a blend that had the depth of flavor I was looking for.
That was 7 years ago, and this year, 2014, I made my huge batch again, tweaking it slightly from the year before. Within a day, my entire family sat me down and convinced me it was time to quit being shy with this, and share with the world. They also made me promise to KEEP this particular recipe intact, as it was my masterpiece; hence the name of MARKS MASTERPIECE. “
BEST USE FOR ANY MEAT
Apply Mark’s Masterpiece generously, rubbing into meat, (approx.1-2 tbsp per lb of meat) then gently rub on VERY light coating of oil (pref olive oil, however any fresh oil will work), covering the blend. Allow to sit 1 to 2 hours before cooking meat. The oil locks in both the flavors and juices as it cooks, creating a tender and juicy portion with amazing taste! While it is cooling, LIGHTLY sprinkle with more Mark’s Masterpiece to ensure full flavor.
Also apply this to any dish for added depth and flavor.
